In Taiwan, people use four flavors to describe food and life: sour (suan), sweet (tian), bitter (ku), spicy (la). In the latest Feast Meets West contest, we want to know your favorite and why! The best entries will win a prize.

* Tell us (in 50 words or less) which is your favorite flavor: sour, sweet, bitter or spicy, and WHY. (We love stories and examples!)
* Entries must be received by Sunday, JULY 26th to be eligible for a prize. Winners will be announced in the August 1st edition of Feast Meets West.
